Monday- Mac and cheese with kielbasa and breaded green beans. (not very healthy, I know, but I wanted comfort food!)
Tuesday - Chicken breasts with rice and veggies in a spicy cheese sauce. This is a crockpot meal.
Wednesday - Taco salad using leftover chicken from last night.
Thursday - Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and peas
Friday - Leftovers
