We looked at a few houses today. It turns out that my husband and my daughter and I all have very different tastes in homes. We have a limited budget and there are not many houses that meet our requirements. Not that we are being really picky. We only have a few things that we won't bend on. We want 3 bedrooms, at least 1.5 baths, a garage, a basement and at least 1200 square feet. We do want a specific neighborhood though, I think that is really limiting us, but I really like living on the east side and don't want to go too far from where we are now.
This process is going to be hella stressful.
