This last winter I saw some strange clouds one morning. It was early, before sunrise, on the way to work on a freezing cold day. I described them to others as looking like waves. I scoured the internets for pictures and stories, hoping someone else saw the clouds too. I couldn't find anything so I gave up. Now today, I found this site that explains this strange type of cloud.
At least I now know I wasn't hallucinatory that winter day.
