I got this great photo over at sitkaphotos.com. To the left of the island is the landing strip and airport. It is a bit scary flying in, especially when weather is bad. The pilots are old pros though, they land on islands like this all the time.

Countdown to Alaska - 100 days
I have been having dreams of Sitka several times a week. I an so anxious to go back to visit this summer. The trip can't come soon enough.
